Stalled Mini Mayfair Project.
Hi, My name is reg and I have a mini mayfair that needs someone to take it over.
I made a start:new wings/A panels and front panel but then things happened at home and I don`t think I can carry on with it as a project, and I need the money the garage is costing-so can you find a home for it:-
the details of it are,
Mini Shop LCB fitted Sept 2001
RC40 twin box exhaust
Oselli Torquemaster water heated inlet manifold
Ultimate engine steady (thermostat type)
New alternator summer 2001
New starter motor summer 2001
New dizzy cap/rotor arm +leads autumn 2001
Full instrument dash (needs finishing)
10" white 8 spoke wheels
All 6 wheel cylinders and shoes were renewed 6 months before I got it
Mayfair seats/door panels
Mayfair lightly tinted windows
The above list details the items that came with it when I first took it on, all I have done is have the new panels fitted and the screen is out (for welding).
It also came with 6 consecutive MOT`s.The body needs the most work as the previous owner looked after the mechanics OK but the body beat him.
It is a W reg HL and was first registered 02/02/81
It will probably need trailering away as the screen is out, or towing.
Like the man I got it from, I want nothing for it but a good home.
