Computer Solutions is a small company that specialises in supplying complete solutions for all your computer needs. You won't have any arguments between software sellers, hardware sellers and developers when you come to us! No matter how large or small your needs are, we will tailor our service to match. We are based in Croydon, Surrey, and cover London and the South east.
We provide all forms of general computer support. Because we specialise in supplying bespoke systems, we cover hardware, networking and software. Our personal service means that your problems are solved to your satisfaction, rather than just becoming another customer on some fat-cat's client list. If you want to know what it is like to deal with computer engineers who really know what they're doing, just speak to some of our customers!
We believe in 'Business Networking'. That is, we offer the smaller business an extremely good package, to meet their very fragile needs. Small businesses need more support than larger corporates, and by pooling resources everybody gains. Small businesses cannot afford expensive hardware, and equally neither can any funds be wasted on equipment or resources that will not provide a good return. When most businesses purchase their first computer, output will fall, because more effort is wasted on using the computer, rather than letting the computer contribute towards the work. When you deal with Computer Solutions, your system will be designed to increase your profit, not eat it away.
Who uses us?
Our customers are varied, but each has turned to us because we can provide a solution to their needs. Most have tried other companies, and have not been pleased with the results. Local schools use us because we can supply cheap hardware, offer free advice, and put up with their difficult work environment. A large international electronics company (with their own computer subsidery!!) use us because we can write the software that exactly matches their specific requirements, as well as advise on their network and long-term projects. Several local companies use us to support their networks, because we efficiently solve the 'niggling' problems that the larger support companies won't even admit are there!
How can we offer such a UNIQUE service?
How can we offer such a service? Computer Solutions started trading very recently, in 1995. It was founded by myself, Glen O'Dwyer, who had previously worked for other large organisations as a computer engineer. Tired of being surrounded by incompetant, disinterested staff , I started my own company. Originally most of my work came from previous employers, who invited me back as a consultant . Working from home, overheads were very low, and because I enjoyed my work, I often spent my 'free' time working for my clients. This resulted to low prices, high output and satisfied customers as well as a satisfied worker! Work is now shared to trusted colleagues who are in the same situation. You won't find this work quality or quantity with any large company.
