The Front End
The program that helps you organise your Wida DOS PC
exercises into lessons. The Front End. This DOS utility program is designed to organise files written using two or more of the Wida authoring programs listed above. Instead of opening, say, Storyboard, and being presented with a list of Storyboard files to work with, students open up a subject area, called, say English. Then they choose their level, say Upper Intermediate and then one of the modules within this level. This contains a number of exercises, which may have been written using Storyboard, Matchmaster, Testmaster or whatever you have assembled. This program is only useful for users working with a variety of Wida/Eurocentres authoring programs.
The Front End is available in French and German as well as English and costs
£90 for the basic licence (one to five computers) and £180 for extended
licence (six computers and over).
